We’ve introduced the ability for users to attach images when sending review requests, enhancing personalisation and engagement—especially for field service teams who wish to share real, job-specific visuals.🧩 What’s NewManual Image Uploads:Users can now manually attach images when sending review requests. This enables them to include relevant visuals such as before-and-after job photos or service snapshots to add authenticity and context.Supported Channels:

  • SMS

  • Email

Note: Image attachment support in Mobile App (iOS & Android) is Coming soon💡 Why This MattersPreviously, review requests supported only one static image (usually a logo) via MMS. With this update, users can now dynamically upload and send images at the time of the request—no longer limited to pre-set branding assets.This enhancement allows businesses to:

  • Personalise outreach with real-time, contextual visuals

  • Increase engagement and customer trust
