The Voicemail feature enables the automatic delivery of a pre-recorded voicemail message to a contact. To incorporate this into your workflow, simply click the + icon to add a new action and choose the Voicemail option.
User Assignment for Calls
To route calls to a specific user's phone number, previously set up in Twilio, select the "Assign to User" action. This allows you to choose the user(s) for the workflow's call actions. When assigning multiple users, you have the option to distribute calls equally among them or assign different levels of call volume to each user, depending on your preferences.
Uploading Voicemail Files
You can add a voicemail message by clicking the "Upload File" icon. Voicemails must be in mp3 or wav format.
