Delete Contact Tag

Utilizing the Delete Contact Tag workflow action allows you to remove tags linked to a contact when the workflow is triggered. Start by clicking the + icon, then choose the Delete Contact Tag option from the list of actions. This feature enhances your ability to manage contact classifications, helping you keep your contact database well-organized and refining your marketing efforts by effectively managing tags based on particular criteria or actions.

Erase Tags

To remove tags from a contact in the workflow, simply select the tags you wish to delete from the available list. This option allows you to remove multiple tags as needed for each individual contact.
