Order Form: 2-Step

The Single-Step Order Form feature is an effective way to gather customer shipping details and other relevant information. To customize it, select the element to access its settings in the builder’s right-hand panel.

General Settings

Element Label You can either keep the default element title or modify it to suit your preference.

Text Alignment Adjust the alignment of your text (left, center, right, or justified) using the Text Align option.

Button Color Choose from pre-set button colors, or enter a specific color code to add a custom shade.

Button Text Color Customize the text color on the button in the same way as the button itself—select from options or add a custom color via code.

Button Size Adjust the button's size with options ranging from Extra Small to Extra Large.

Button Style Select your preferred button design from Flat Color, Gradient, Subtle Style, or Border Bottom.

Input Field Background Color Customize the background color for input fields, choosing from a set palette or by adding a custom color code.

Form Corner Radius Adjust how rounded the corners of the form fields are.

Typography Select a font for your form from the drop-down menu, using either preset fonts or a custom one from the list.

Button Actions

Sale Actions Determine what happens when the button is clicked. You can choose to:

• Proceed to the next step in your funnel or website.

• Redirect the customer to a specified URL.

• Navigate to a different step within the same funnel or website.

Advanced Settings

Headline and Sub-Headline You can modify both the headline and sub-headline or leave them as they are.

Company Name Field Enable or disable the company name field depending on whether you need this information from the customer.

Full Name Validation Enable validation to ensure full names entered consist of at least two parts and disallow certain special characters.

Email and Phone Fields You can modify the descriptions for both the email and phone fields or choose to hide the phone field entirely.

Country Picker and Shipping Fields Enable a country picker for customers, and decide whether to display shipping information fields like address, city, state, and postal code.

Payment Options

Customize payment-related fields, including headline text, product selection prompts, price summaries, and action button text.

Main Product and Order Bump Options Enable options for adding multiple products to a cart or an order bump. Customize the description, pricing details, and call-to-action text for upsell products.

Coupons and Terms & Conditions Offer customers the ability to enter discount codes and require them to accept terms and conditions before placing an order.

Other Advanced Features

• Sticky Contact: Retain customer information across form submissions.

• New Contact on Every Purchase: Toggle this setting to create new customer records for every order.

• Validate Disposable Email: Prevent the use of temporary or disposable email addresses.

• Device Visibility: Control whether the form appears on mobile devices, desktops, or both.

• Custom Classes and CSS Selector: Use these fields to add custom styling to the form.
