How to Assign a Sub-Affiliate to an Existing Affiliate

Accessing the Affiliate’s Account

1. Navigating to the Affiliate Manager: First, open the 'Affiliate Manager' section located under the 'Marketing' tab in your CRM dashboard. This is the primary area for managing your affiliates.

2. Choosing the Desired Affiliate: From the displayed list of affiliates, locate and click on the profile of the affiliate for whom you want to assign sub-affiliates.

Steps for Adding Sub-Affiliates

After navigating to the affiliate’s profile page, you can follow the steps below to assign sub-affiliates:

3. Accessing the Sub-Affiliate Section: Scroll to the bottom of the page until you find the 'Sub-Affiliate' tab. Click on this tab to view a list of sub-affiliates already linked to the affiliate.

4. Inserting a New Sub-Affiliate: On the right side of the screen, there will be an option to add a new sub-affiliate. Click it to open a pop-up form.

5. Selecting the Campaign: The pop-up window will first prompt you to choose the campaign for which the sub-affiliate will be added. By default, the campaign where the parent affiliate is linked will be selected.

6. Choosing an Existing Affiliate: The pop-up provides two lists. The first list shows available affiliates in the system, and the second one displays sub-affiliates currently associated with this affiliate. Search by name or email and select the appropriate profile.

7. Removing a Sub-Affiliate: If you wish to remove a sub-affiliate, click on their profile within the 'Sub-Affiliate' section.

8. Saving Your Selections: After adding or removing sub-affiliates, click 'Save'. If the sub-affiliate is not yet registered on the platform, you can create a new profile by selecting 'Add Affiliate', filling in the necessary details, and saving the information.

• Why isn’t the 'Save' button working?: Ensure all required fields are filled out correctly and that you have a stable internet connection. If the issue continues, try refreshing the page or reaching out to support.

• Can I add multiple sub-affiliates at once?: Yes, the platform allows for bulk addition of sub-affiliates.
