Task Creation Trigger

The Task Creation trigger is used to initiate specific actions when a new task is generated within the system. You can enhance this trigger by applying additional filters based on the task's specific criteria. To start, navigate to the "Add New Workflow Trigger" section, and choose the "Task Creation" option under the "Select a Workflow Trigger" menu.

The "Assigned User" option enables you to designate a user to a contact when a specified condition is met. You can select the appropriate team member from the dropdown menu to assign the user accordingly.
